Superior Civil Construction Ltd was established in 2018 by Kendall Hale, Kendall is a second-generation civil contractor with over 25 years practical and theoretical experience, having grown up in construction Kendall already had a basic understanding of civil construction when entering the work force.
Kendall has worked his way through the ranks form Excavator Operator to Contracts Manager and gained a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of Civil Construction over 9 years as a machine operator working with drainage crews through to highway maintenance undertaking slip removals and repairs, to road realignment construction.
Kendall then moved onto Forman, Operator completing the overall project management on site, running sites while still operating full time. The last 10 years Kendall has held the role as Contracts Manager having successfully delivered numerous projects throughout the Central and Lower North Island most of which Kendall was still heavily involved operating Excavators and Graders to complete the finished projects.
